I will be blogging about my experience with SLG (Shermeta Law Group) a very aggressive debit collection agency based in Auburn Hills, Michigan with a post office box in Rochester, Michigan.  They specialize in flooding the US Postal Service with 30 Day Legal Notices sent at presorted first class mail rates with the hope that it will look like scram or junk mail and be ignored.  Then after mailing this 30 Day Legal Notice, they file a lawsuit against the person mailed the junk mail like 30 Day Legal Notice with the hope of winning a default settlement with the small claims court.  If this sounds like white collar crime, it sort of is but it is almost legal white collar crime.   Anyone having a story to tell related to this debt collection company, please contact me at rzhodgman@gmail.com.  Just Google this company's name and start reading the horror stories already posted by victims of this debt collection company.  Capitol One loves to use their services as well as other banks.
